Privacy Policy

SportAICam (“the app”) is developed and published by FOSS4EU. This policy explains what the app does — and, more importantly, does not do — with your information.

Data we collect

None. The app does not collect, store on our servers, or transmit any personal data. We do not have an account system, and we never see your videos or usage.

Camera and microphone

The app uses the camera and microphone solely to record video and audio on your request. Recordings are written to your device’s local storage. They are never uploaded to us or to any third party. You can delete them at any time from within the app.

Photo library

The app requests permission to save clips to your photo library only when you explicitly choose to export a clip. It does not read your existing photos.

On-device AI

The “AI highlights” feature scores your clips using machine learning that runs entirely on your iPhone (via Apple’s on-device frameworks). No audio, video or derived data is sent off the device for this — or any other — purpose.

No analytics, no tracking, no network

The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. It makes no network requests with your content. It works fully offline.

Data sharing

Because we collect nothing, we share nothing. Any sharing of a clip is initiated by you, through the standard iOS share sheet, to a destination you choose.

Children

The app is safe for all ages with respect to data: it collects no information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

As no personal data is collected or held by us, there is nothing on our side to access, correct or delete. The recordings on your device are under your sole control and can be removed at any time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
